At Chellery, we specialise in creating bespoke jewellery tailored to your unique style. Our streamlined process ensures clarity and satisfaction at every step:

Consultation

Schedule a personal consultation to discuss your vision and preferences.

Deposit

To begin, a 50% deposit is required. This secures your design and allows us to create a custom 3D sketch.

Design Creation

We develop a detailed 3D sketch based on your ideas. You’ll have the opportunity to review and suggest changes.

Material Reuse

If you have existing pieces, we can incorporate materials such as 18K gold or settings to give them new life.

Design Approval

Once the design draft is confirmed, no changes can be made to the size or design. Any alterations will incur an extra charge. Please note that there are no refunds after the sketch is completed.

Crafting Your Piece

Our skilled craftsmen in Hong Kong will create your jewellery, typically taking 4-6 weeks to create after design confirmation. Please note that public holidays may cause delays. Expedited options are available for an additional fee.

Final Review

Before delivery or pickup, you’ll have a final review to ensure your complete satisfaction.
