Our Design Journey

1. Personal Consultation Every masterpiece begins with a conversation. We invite you to schedule a private consultation to discuss your vision, style preferences, and the narrative you wish to capture.

2. The Foundation (Deposit) To begin the creative process, a 50% deposit is required. This secures your project and allows our designers to begin the technical work on your custom 3D rendering.

3. 3D Design & Visualisation Using modern innovation, we develop a detailed 3D sketch of your piece. This allows you to see your vision from every angle. You will have the opportunity to review the design and suggest refinements to ensure it is perfect.

4. Breathing New Life (Material Reuse) In honor of our heritage, we specialize in Jewellery Renovation. If you have existing 18K gold or heirloom settings, we can meticulously incorporate these materials into a new design, preserving your family’s history in a modern form.

5. Design Approval Once the final 3D draft and measurements are confirmed, the design is locked for production. Please note that further alterations to size or style after this point will incur additional fees, and deposits are non-refundable once the sketch is completed.

6. Master Craftsmanship Your piece is then brought to life in our Hong Kong factory by artisans with decades of experience. The crafting process typically takes 4–6 weeks. For those marking an urgent milestone, expedited options are available upon request.

7. The Final Reveal Before your piece leaves our hands, it undergoes a final quality review to ensure it meets our rigorous family standards for brilliance and finish. Your journey concludes with the unveiling of a piece that is truly, uniquely yours.
