A Perfect Fit, Guaranteed. We expertly adjust plain bands, engagement rings, and complex gemstone settings to fit seamlessly. Before we begin, our team physically tests stone safety, checks for metal fatigue, and ensures your sentimental inside engravings are fully protected.

2. Heirloom Reset & Redesign

Transform the Old into Your New Contemporary Signature. Do not let your precious diamonds and gold sit forgotten in a drawer. We safely extract gemstones from your unworn, dated, or inherited jewellery and remodel them into modern silhouettes you will actually wear every day. Perfect for upcycling family heirlooms or melting down old gold.

Price Range: Design & CAD fee from HK$1,500 + crafting costs (Fully quoted upfront)
Turnaround: 4–6 weeks

3. Master Renewal & Restoration

Bring Back the Original Store Brilliance. A full spa and safety treatment for heavily worn jewellery. We look beyond a simple clean to tighten loose stones, rebuild worn prongs, polish away deep scratches, and re-plate white gold to its original brilliant white finish. Recommended every 12–18 months for daily-worn rings.

Price Range: HK $400 – HK$ 1,500

The Process: 3 Simple Steps

1. Digital Estimate: Send clear photos of your piece via WhatsApp. We will reply within 24 hours with an initial technical assessment and price range.
2. Secure Drop-off: Securely hand over your jewellery at our Central store. For redesigns, you will view and approve a precise 3D digital CAD drawing before any metal is cut.
3. Collect with Confidence: Collect your transformed piece from our store. All workshop services include a 6-month craftsmanship warranty.

Quick FAQ

Can you resize any ring? Most rings can be resized easily. Full eternity bands (stones all the way around) have structural limitations. Send us a photo to confirm immediately.
Do I get my old gold back? Yes. Any leftover gold or components from a redesign are returned to you completely, or can be recycled to directly lower your final bill.
Do you accept non-Chellery pieces? Absolutely. We welcome and treat fine jewellery from any brand, origin, or era with master-level respect.
