Thank you for shopping with Chellery! After making a purchase, you can choose to pick up your items at our showroom or have them delivered.
1. Showroom Pickup
Our showroom is open for pickups from Monday to Friday, 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM, and Saturday from 10:30 AM to 4:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays. Please collect your items within six months of ordering. If you need to pick up after this period, kindly notify us as soon as possible. We reserve the right to manage overdue orders and apologize for any inconvenience. When picking up your order, please bring your order confirmation email and a valid photo ID for verification.
2. SF Express Delivery
We offer SF Express delivery service. Please note that any risks associated with the delivery process are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Shipping Options and Costs
Standard Shipping: Complimentary for orders over HKD 1,000; otherwise, a flat fee of HKD 50 applies. Delivery within 3-5 business days.
Expedited Shipping: Available for a fee of HKD 100 for faster delivery. Delivery within 1-2 business days.
4. Worldwide Shipping
We ship to most countries via SF Express and DHL. Delivery times vary depending on the destination. For inquiries about international delivery, customs duties, taxes, and potential delays, please contact us. Customers are responsible for all customs duties and taxes. International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
5. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is packed and dispatched, you will receive a dispatch notice email containing your order tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Please note that you will not be able to track the delivery status until the day you receive your tracking number.

8. What Happens if No One is Available to Receive the Package
If no one is available to sign for the delivery, the courier will leave a notification card or contact you to arrange for redelivery or pickup.

We also cannot be held responsible for loss or damage during shipping, regardless of the shipping method chosen. Items damaged during shipping are not eligible for exchange or refund. Customers assume full responsibility for any losses incurred by using mail services.
