Thank you for choosing Chellery. To ensure your fine jewellery reaches you safely, we offer several secure collection and delivery options tailored to your needs.

1. Showroom Collection

We invite you to visit our showroom to collect your pieces in person. This allows our team to ensure the perfect fit and answer any care questions you may have.

  • Hours: Mon–Fri (11:30 AM – 7:30 PM) | Sat (11:30 AM – 6:00 PM)

  • Closed: Sundays and Public Holidays.

  • Requirements: Please present your order confirmation email and a valid photo ID for verification.

  • Collection Period: We ask that items be collected within six months. If you require an extension, please notify us in advance so we can securely manage your order.

2. Local Delivery (SF Express)

For your convenience, we offer delivery via SF Express for local orders.

  • Processing: Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

  • Tracking: You will receive a dispatch email with a tracking number once your piece is on its way. Please note tracking updates will begin once the courier has scanned the package.

  • Unattended Delivery: If no one is available to sign for the package, the courier will leave a notification card or contact you to arrange redelivery.

3. Worldwide Shipping

We share our Hong Kong craftsmanship with the world via SF Express and DHL.

  • Inquiries: For international delivery times or specific shipping requests, please contact our team directly.

  • Duties & Taxes: Recipients are responsible for all destination customs duties and local taxes.

  • Policy: Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

4. Shipping Terms & Conditions

  • Risk & Liability: While we take the utmost care in packaging your jewellery, Chellery is not liable for loss, damage, or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (such as weather, traffic, or logistics issues).

  • Customer Responsibility: By selecting delivery, the customer assumes responsibility for the shipment once it leaves our facility. Items damaged during transit are not eligible for exchange or refund.
