1. Can you resize any ring? 是否所有戒指均能進行尺寸微調？

Most rings can be resized easily. Full eternity bands (stones all the way around) have structural limitations. Send us a photo to confirm immediately.

2. Do I get my old gold back? 重塑後的剩餘黃金會歸還嗎？

Yes. Any leftover gold or components from a redesign are returned to you completely, or can be recycled to directly lower your final bill.
當然。重塑過程中剩餘的黃金或配件將完整歸還給您；亦可選擇回收折抵，直接扣減最終的製作費用。

3. Do you accept non-Chellery pieces? 是否接受非 Chellery 出品的作品？
